Eline Storheim Conductor Biography Eline Storheim, born in 1999 in Manger, Norway, is currently the chief conductor of Kristiansand Janitsjar and the Youth Talent Band for the Norwegian Band Federation (NMF) South. As a promising young conductor, Eline is one of two selected talents in NMF's young conductor program, Maestro , a distinguished talent development initiative for future conductors in Norway. She possesses solid experience in leading both professional and amateur ensembles. In 2025, Eline was a deserving runner-up in the international conducting competition EBBC , and also won the audience-prize. Eline studied for her bachelors degree at The Norwegian Academy of Music , with Professor Ole Kristian Ruud. She deepend her studies at The University of Stavanger , with Professor Bjarte Engeset.
